About Us

Tyler Products Sales, Inc. began as a family business in 1982 by Lynn and Ann White. Today, it still remains a family business with John and Kim Redfern, son-in-law and daughter, as the owners. Tyler Products Sales, Inc. is located in Tyler, Texas, right in the heart of East Texas. In the beginning it was concrete septic tanks and burial boxes that we specialized in, however, since that time our list of products has grown to encompass much more than we ever imagined.

In the early 1990’s we began producing sanitary manholes, catch basin, meter vaults, junction boxes and grease interceptors. By the mid 90’s we had became one of the largest manufactures of concrete aerobic systems in the state, building the Aqua-Safe and Aqua-Aire systems. We still specialize in aerobic treatment systems ranging from 500 GPD systems to more complex 1500 GPD systems.

In the last few years we have begun building specialty boxes of just about any size and shape imaginable. We also build a complete line of storm water drainage products to meet the needs of the contractors in the field.

We are very proud of what we have accomplished since we first started building septic tanks in Lynn and Ann’s backyard. We believe God has blessed us not only with the best people available to make our growth and success a reality; but also with a customer base that knows we are dedicated to them.
