We began as a family business started by L.P. White, and to date we remain a family owned and operated business. We are located in the heart of East Texas in Tyler. We began manufacturing Pre Cast Concrete Septic Tanks in 1982. Our company has grown largely over the past couple of decades to encompass much more than just septic tanks.

In the early 1990s, we entered into the Pre Cast Concrete Manhole and Utility business. We now manufacture 48", 60", and 72" round manholes as well as various sizes of catch basins, junction boxes, meter vaults, grease traps, and interceptors.

We entered the On-Site Wastewater Treatment System business in the mid 1990s. We are proud to carry the Aqua-Safe and Aqua-Aire aerobic systems. We have them available in concrete and fiberglass ranging in size from 500 to 1500 gallons per day treatment systems.
